Step 1 - Planning and Design

One of our professional Floor Design and Installation Consultants will visit your home to discuss your flooring requirements. Tell us the look you're after - we'll source a huge range of choice from hardwearing laminates, natural wood, or homely carpet.

Once you've decided on the look you want, our Consultant will go through all your flooring requirements.

Step 2 - Plan and Quotation

To ensure your new flooring will fit perfectly, our consultant will measure the area accurately, we'll then give you a detailed estimate for Guaranteed Installation

Step 3 - Ordering

Once you have confirmed and accepted the quote, we'll order your flooring from your chosen supplier. We'll ensure that we order the right amount of flooring to fit the area.

An installation commencement date will be agreed.

Step 4 - Delivery

Your new flooring will be delivered. To ensure your flooring's quality, all that is needed, is a suitable dry area for storage.

Step 5 - Preparation

We'll remove all old flooring. We'll ensure that the area is completely prepared and ready for installation of your new floor.

Step 6 - Installation

Our Approved Installers will undertake the work with the minimum of inconvenience to you.
As they are fully qualified, you can be sure your new floor will have an excellent finish.

Step 7 - Your Satisfaction

Our Approved Installer will check you're completely happy with your new floor and then, only at that point, ask you to sign it off.
